Build + Shred Cardio Routine


Ready for an intense AND interesting cardio routine?  This is the routine that I do most days for my cardio.  I get bored when I have to do the same thing for an entire session so I switch it up!  You will be doing sprints mixed with incline walking.  The speed listed below is a more advanced speed so work your way up if you are not able to sprint at the listed speed.  Push yourself but don't injure yourself!
