I make salsa chicken and one thing I learned recently is that you can shred the chicken in a Kitchen Aid mixer! Makes it even easier!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have a KitchenAid but we recently started shredding it in our Vitamix! Life saver!!!!
DeleteI made the original salsa chicken the other day and actually added a little chicken broth. I used medium heat salsa and didn't use cayenne (thankfully). Stewing for 7 hours made it perfectly spicy! DELICIOUS!! It's my favorite recipe yet

DeleteI love having this for lunch with quinoa and veggies. I also love how easy this is to make. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
ReplyDeleteYes! It's perfect mixed with quinoa or rice and of course veggies! Thanks for trying it!
DeleteCan I use frozen chicken breasts?
ReplyDeleteWe always thaw our meat first. It's also recommended by the USDA to thaw meat first.
