Ever tried to do interval training with your watch or the clock that hangs on the wall on the gym? It's a workout just to make sure you are on time! The folks over at Gymboss set out to change that... they created an intuitive, easy-to-use and easy-to-program interval timer that takes that mental workout out of your actual physical workout.
The timer is just what I need to complete my per body part, once-a-month interval workouts (okay... I use it more than that!). I just set the timer (you can set up to 2 intervals to repeat up to 99 times with time ranges from 2 seconds to 99 minutes) and off I go! I can wear it on my belt or stick it on the floor - it makes a beeping sound when it's time to change exercises or if I want to be especially thoughtful (which sometimes I do!) to those around me, I can set it on vibrate mode and it will altert me to change exercises with a quick vibration alert. Did you know that it's water resistant? Sweat it out til your heart's content baby!
