Memorial Day Circuit Workout - No Equipment Needed!


Want to get in a little sweat session this weekend? Try this circuit workout! You can repeat 2-4 times, depending on your fitness level!

Memorial Day Circuit Workout
Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds
10 Step Ups (each leg)
10 Push Ups
Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds
20 Squats
20 Reverse Crunches
Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds
