Join Our Summer Slimdown Challenge!

We've heard from SO MANY of you that are ready for a new challenge! We get messages and emails all the time about wanting to get "back on track", lacking motivation, and/or needing an extra push. That means it's time for us to start a new 12-Week Challenge!

Most people get out of their routines and veer off track over the summer and we don't want that to happen to you! We've created a Summer Slimdown Challenge that is 12 weeks long and will give you your exact workout plan for the entire summer! Not only that but we will be providing motivation and support throughout the challenge period via email and our Facebook group (see details below).

Did I mention the winner will receive a prize pack valued over $150 to go along with their new healthy lifestyle and body?!

Details:
  • Purchase either of our 12-Week Programs (The She Sweats 12-Week Run Builder or She Sweats 12-Week Transformation). Our Go Clean Bundles count too - they give you the workout plan AND our eBooks! We HIGHLY recommend the home and gym bundle if you plan on traveling throughout the summer. The home plan is more suitable for hotel/condo gyms so you won't have an excuse to skip the gym!
  • Before pictures must be taken by June 5, 2015. After pictures must be submitted by September 1, 2015. Photos should include a clear front, side, and rear shot. Please time-stamp these photos or use a newspaper to verify the date.
  • Fill out this form to let us know you plan on completing the challenge!
  • You MUST have your own copy of the workout plan. It is illegal to distribute copies of the plan!

    1. Hi Amy! You actually just hang onto those and submit them with your "after" pictures. Just make sure you have some sort of time stamp, newspaper, etc. We just have to verify the date in the before and afters! Good luck!

  5. Hi. I've read a ton of your blog and tried recipes (great!). I'm interested in the 12 Week challenge but wondering how it would work if I am already doing a Boot Camp class at my gym 4x/week (for the past 2 yrs) and then I usually run intervals 1 more day... Can they be worked in together? Thanks! - KB

    1. Hi there! We would love for you to join the challenge! How long and how intense is your bootcamp? Is it mainly cardio? If it's mainly cardio you could just count that as your cardio and still do the weights portion but I do not want you overtraining if you do a lot of weights in your bootcamp!
