Clean Eat Recipe :: Chocolate Avocado Pudding

We love making healthy desserts with unexpected ingredients! We have a few recipes made with garbanzo beans {cookie cake mini pies and chocolate chip cookies} - no, you can't taste them and would NEVER guess it is an ingredient! Scott whipped up this chocolate avocado pudding a few weeks ago and has literally made it almost everyday since then! Have the kids try to it too - they won't even know it's good for them!

2 avocados
1 scoop/packet of TLS vanilla whey protein powder *If you are interested in ordering this protein powder and would like a FREE Shake & Bake Recipe eBook, please email us first at
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp chia seeds (you can read more about chia seeds here)
1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
6 small scoops stevia
pinch sea salt

1. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix and blend until desired consistency is reached.
2. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour or until chilled.
3. Enjoy!

Makes 4 Servings. This recipe can easily be split in half for 2 servings.

  1. What can I use instead of the whey protein, and is it OK to use organic cane sugar instead of stevia or maybe apple sauce? I really want to make this but not sure if those changes would make a mess of it. Thank you for the delicious recipes!
