Beat the Winter Blues Challenge!


Shorter days, cold weather, seemingly endless celebrations revolving around food, plus the stress of the season usually manifests into lack of motivation for most people. However, the excitement of a new year is here and we are here to help! We LOVE this time of year...but don't just set resolutions without a plan! You need a path to help you reach your goals...and a little incentive in the form of a prize never hurts! We will soon be revealing the winners of our Fit in Fall Challenge (yes, there were 2!) but wanted to let you get a head start on our next challenge: Beat the Winter Blues Transformation Challenge!

The Details:
1. Purchase any of the 12 week She Sweats workout plans (The She Sweats 12-Week Transformation or the She Sweats 12-Week Run Builder). You will receive a 12-Week Workout Plan for less than the price of ONE personal training session! The last day to enter/start the challenge is January 19, 2015 but you can start earlier if you would like. 
2. Take your "Before" picture with a time stamp or some way to verify the date (front, back, and side)
3. Complete the 12 week workout plan (Need motivation? See below!)
4. Take your "After" picture with a time stamp or some way to verify the date (front, back, and side)
5. Submit your before and after pictures together at the end of the challenge.

You MUST have to have your own copy to enter! It is illegal to distribute copies of this workout. You can use either the gym or the at-home version or a combination of both (they are interchangeable)!

The Winner:
The winner(s) will receive a prize pack valued over $200 (if there is more than one winner, it will be split). All entries must be received by April 13, 2015 at 11:59 PM. The winner(s) will be contacted by April 20, 2015 at 11:59 PM. We may use outside judges if we need another opinion.

The Motivation:
We have a She Sweats Facebook page and a She Sweats Facebook group for you! Do you have a blog? Are you on social media? We would LOVE to see you updating about your journey! Please email us at if you plan to blog about it so we can follow along! You DO NOT have to have a blog but if you do post on social media be sure to tag us AND use the hashtags #heandsheeatclean and #shesweats.

  1. How do we enter? Do we just have to have the picture with the date before or on January 19th? Thank you!

    1. Yes! You just have to purchase the workout plan and take your "before" pictures on or before Jan 19th!

  2. Can you enter if you purchased the 12-week plan last year? :D

    1. Yes! Just make sure you re-take your "before" photos with a way to verify the date.
