Time is RUNNING Out to Enter Our Newest Challenge!


We have had such a positive response to our Summer Challenge winners' results (Pam and Billie) that we have decided to provide extra days for you to enter our newest challenge with the new She Sweats 12-Week Run Builder workout plan. You have until 8/13 to get started, so don't wait!

Pam and Billie completed the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation and the 4-Week Shred.

Here's what you need to do:
1. Grab the She Sweats 12-Week Run Builder workout plan, either or both versions. (Each entrant must have their own plan.)
2. Take your before pictures with some sort of date stamp - preferably the morning newspaper or website homepage with a date stamp.

3. Hit the pavement, the gym and/or your living room and start taking charge of your health!

4. Send us your before and after pictures (in one email) to on or before 11/5/2014 at 11:59pm EST.

Remember, Wednesday is your last chance to enter! This is your opportunity to get FIT and WIN big! The prize pack is valued over $200!
