Summer Sunshine Protein Smoothie

This is the PERFECT Summer Shake! It only takes a few seconds to make and can be used as breakfast or post workout. It's very refreshing so make one and take it to the pool!

Ingredients:
2 oz pasteurized liquid egg whites
4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 kiwi, peeled & sliced
watermelon, sliced (approx 4 oz)
ice cubes

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender & blend!  Enjoy!

Macros:
Calories - 194
Protein - 25 g
Carbs - 20 g
Fat - 2 g
