Sauteed Cinnamon Apples

Time for another quick and easy dessert or side dish idea! This can be made in 3 minutes or less and really satisfies a sweet tooth!

Sauteed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:
Organic Apple(s)
Coconut Oil (to coat the pan)


Directions:
1. Wash and chop apple into desired size
2. Lightly coat pan with coconut oil, just enough to cover (less than 1/2 tsp)
3. Heat coconut oil in pan, once hot add apples
4. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and stir until desired texture is reached
5. Enjoy!

  1. This looks really good! I'd use a different oil though because coconut oil has a lot of saturated fat.
