  1. This is one of my favorites :D, but I do have a question: as you progress are there negative effects of raising you leg higher? Of course, I know I'll want to keep my upper body up or as perpendicular as I can. Hope that made sense?

    1. Hi Brandi!

      Really it doesn't matter what height you progress to as long as you are keeping your hips square to the front and squeezing your behind. You will naturally increase your strength and flexibility so your leg will creep higher and higher.
