Salt & Vinegar Sweet Potato Chips

You can never have too many sweet potato recipes!  Ditch the Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips and make these instead!

2 Sweet Potatoes
1 Tbsp (or less) Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Sea Salt

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Slice sweet potatoes to whatever thickness you prefer.
2. Place sweet potato chips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
3. Drizzle olive oil and apple cider vinegar over chips. Sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Take out and flip potatoes and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
