She Sweats Extreme 4-Week Shred {At-Home}


We came out with an extreme gym version so you know we have to follow it up with a home version for our awesome at-home workout warriors!  We released both versions of our She Sweats 12-Week Transformation in 2013 but you wanted more!  The She Sweats 12-Week Transformation can be repeated as it is the way that we normally train on a day-to-day basis but we have had a lot of requests for an extension or a new workout plan so we decided to do introduce our 4-Week Shred!

Today is the release of our NEW She Sweats Extreme 4-Week Shred {At-Home}.  This workout plan is designed as a more advanced workout and preferably done after the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation.  This is the type of workout that we do when preparing for a special event such as a wedding, vacation, photo shoot, etc.  These workouts are high intensity and are not designed for beginners.

  1. I am a runner and training for a marathon. Are these workouts more of cross training? I have a routine now of running with a lot of circuit training in between. Thought this would be a gteat way to mix up my workouts for the next month.
