She Sweats 12-Week Transformation Challenge {2014}

It's that time of year again, after all of the holiday festivities, when people realize {again} that it's time to make some changes to live a healthy lifestyle.  Hopefully by using our blog (and by reading our eBooks) you are well on your way to "cleaning up" your diet - which is a large portion of the equation but exercise is also very important!  That is where our She Sweats 12-Week Transformation comes in!


Here's How it Works:

Step 1: Secure your copy of the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation (only one entry per order, so you MUST have to have your own copy to enter!  It is illegal to distribute copies of this workout.).  You can use either the gym or the at-home version or a combination of both (they are interchangeable)!

Step 2: Whenever you start the plan, take "Before" Shots (must be dated 12/26/2013 or later). We need to see tasteful, clear pictures shot with you facing forward and sideways. Also, make sure the shots have some sort of date stamp on them - we prefer that you hold up an old-fashioned newspaper with the date on it. Keep these until the end of your 12 weeks.  

Please do NOT send us shots with any nudity. They will be deleted and you will be disqualified. 

Step 3: Complete the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation (At the Gym or At-Home)

Step 4: Take "After" Shots. Again, we  need to see tasteful, clear pictures shot with you facing forward and sideways. Don't forget that date stamp - we prefer that you hold up an old-fashioned newspaper with the date printed on it. 

Step 5: Send your "Before" and "After" Shots in four .jpg files to thegang@heandsheeatclean.com by 8pm EST 04/07/2014. Please also include a statement EXPLICITLY stating that we have permission to publish your photos in any way we see fit. (You will get an email if we publish you!) 

Here's How You Win:

All entries must be received by 8pm EST 04/07/2014. We will compile all photos of participants and judge based off of the best transformation using your pictures ONLY. Judges will include ALL 4 of the gang, Tiffany, Jim, Whitney and Scott. The winner will be announced no later than 11:59pm 04/10/2014.

  2. I entered the challenge as well. I bought the gym version. I was wondering when we are supposed to get the workout e-mail and, just to be clear, we are supposed to buy a newspaper and hold it up in the picture? Or can we just use an app and write the date on the picture? Super excited in continuing my weight loss journey :)

    1. Hi Erica! You should have already received the workout plan! As far as the dates for the pictures, a newspaper is the best way but you could use our blog posting from the date you start or something like that so we can verify the date! Good luck!

  4. I really want to join the transformation as my new years resolution, but wanted to check that the gym version didn't require any rare weight machines. my little gym has very basic equipment, but I love using the treadmills, stair climber etc. Is it to late to join?

    1. Hi Amelia! It isn't too late to join! The workout plan incorporates free weights, machines, cables, etc. If your gym doesn't have a particular machine needed for an exercise we have a great Facebook support group and can help you find an alternate! We hope you will join us!
