The She Sweats 12-Week Transformation {AT-HOME CHALLENGE}

Are you up for it?  Today is the release of our at-home version of our first workout program, the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation. To celebrate, we want you to join our challenge! Added Bonus - It should help you stay on track over the holidays!




Here's How it Works:

Step 1: Secure your copy of the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation (Only one entry per order, so you MUST have to have your own copy to enter!  It is illegal to distribute copies of this workout.)

Step 2: Send us an email with the subject - "I'm in!" to thegang@heandsheeatclean.com.  Make sure it's from your Paypal address that you used to purchase the workout plan or let us know what email address that you used to buy it. 

Step 3: Whenever you start the plan, take "Before" Shots. We need to see tasteful, clear pictures shot with you facing forward and sideways. Also, make sure the shots have some sort of date stamp on them - we prefer that you hold up an old-fashioned newspaper with the date on it. Keep these until the end of your 12 weeks.  

Please do NOT send us shots with any nudity. They will be deleted and you will be disqualified. 

Step 4: Complete the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation.

Step 5: Take "After" Shots. Again, we  need to see tasteful, clear pictures shot with you facing forward and sideways. Don't forget that date stamp - we prefer that you hold up an old-fashioned newspaper with the date printed on it. 

Step 6: Send your "Before" and "After" Shots in four .jpg files to thegang@heandsheeatclean.com by 8pm EST 02/15/2014. Please also include a statement EXPLICITLY stating that we have permission to publish your photos in any way we see fit. (You will get an email if we publish you!) 

Here's How You Win:

All entries must be received by 8pm EST 02/15/2014. We will compile all photos of participants and judge based off of the best transformation using your pictures ONLY. Judges will include ALL 4 of the gang, Tiffany, Jim, Whitney and Scott. The winner will be announced on our blog no later than 11:59pm 02/17/2014.

The winner of the {at-home} challenge must do a majority of the plan at home and the gym and at-home winner cannot be the same person.

  1. Oh No! I just purchased the Gym Challenge and thought that the dates were the same. I would do better on the gym side of it but did not sign up in time :( That sucks :(

Hi you guys it is VERY HARD for me to loose weight, 1st no will power but most of ALL I take a lot of meds for Fibromyalgia, Ostioarthritis, Depression, and Anxiety ,And when I do work-out I seem to hurt more than mist people do. Do to the fact of the Fibro, I walk 1-2 days then down 1-3days. Any thoughts would greatly help me.
