The She Sweats 12-Week Transformation {CHALLENGE}

Are you up for it? Today is the release of our first workout program, the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation and to celebrate, we want you to join our challenge! Added Bonus - It gets you  in shape for the holidays and the New Year!

Here's How it Works:

Step 1: Secure your copy of the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation (only one entry per order, so you MUST have to have your own copy to enter!  It is illegal to distribute copies of this workout.)

Step 2: Send us an email with the subject - "I'm in!" to  Make sure it's from your Paypal address that you used to purchase the workout plan or let us know what email address that you used to buy it. 

Step 3: Whenever you start the plan (we are starting 10/7), take "Before" Shots. We need to see tasteful, clear pictures shot with you facing forward and sideways. Also, make sure the shots have some sort of date stamp on them - we prefer that you hold up an old-fashioned paper newspaper with the date on it. Keep these until the end of your 12 weeks.  

Please do NOT send us shots with any nudity. They will be deleted and you will be disqualified. 

Step 4: Complete the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation and follow along with Tiffany and Whitney as we complete it too!

Step 5: Take "After" Shots. Again, we  need to see tasteful, clear pictures shot with you facing forward and sideways. Don't forget that date stamp - we prefer that you hold up an old-fashioned paper newspaper with the date printed on it. 

Step 6: Send your "Before" and "After" Shots in four .jpg files to by 8pm EST 12/30/2013. Please also include a statement EXPLICITLY stating that we have permission to publish your photos in any way we see fit. (You will get an email if we publish you!) 

Here's How You Win:

All entries must be received by 8pm EST 12/30/2013. We will compile all photos of participants and judge based off of the best transformation using your pictures ONLY. Judges will include ALL 4 of the gang, Tiffany, Jim, Whitney and Scott. The winner will be announced on our blog no later than 11:59pm 12/31/2013.

  1. What type of a training program is it? Do we need equipment, is it done at home? Can you provide more info on what it includes before making a decision about signing up. Maybe I'm missing that somewhere, if so, please direct me. I'm fairly new to your site.

  2. I'm very intrigued with this. I want to make sure the workouts are "traditional" routines and won't have me doing crazy and embarrassing stuff at the gym! The price is very attractive!

  3. I am a mil-spouse living overseas.. we don't have a daily paper over here. Any other ideas for how I can do a date stamp???

  4. I am starting the workout plan but find I do not know what each workout is or how to do it. Is there anywhere that describes what to do on each exercise.
