Clean Eat Recipe :: Apple Pie Bites


3 organic apples (we used organic honeycrisp and organic granny smith)
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 Tbsp oat flour
1/3 cup Xyiltol
Cinnamon, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut apples in half and core the apples
3. Mix all dry ingredients together and then add melted coconut oil
4. Stuff the apples with the oat mixture
5. Bake for 30 minutes

    1. We haven't tried Jennifer, but that seems like a logical substitution! Go for it!
