{At-Home Version} She Sweats 12-Week Transformation PRE-SALE

Share
Since we released our gym version of the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation, we have received numerous emails asking for an at-home version!  We have been working on this one since we released the gym version and it is finally time to pre-order your copy!

Pre-Order the At-Home Version TODAY!

What You Get: 12 weeks of at-home workouts, our philosophy behind the workouts, 2 NEW HIIT routines (Yes, we said NEW - you won't find these on our website), a workout calendar, training logs, and much more!

What You Will Need: Included in the workout plan is a list of the items you will need in order to complete these workouts.  Some of the items needed include weights, a bench (or something that acts as a bench), bands, and an exercise ball.

How Much It Sets You Back:  Less than one personal training session at the gym, it's only $30. Think about it - for 12 weeks, that's just $2.50 each week!

Follow-Through is Key: You will be invited to join a Facebook group with other people doing the 12-Week Transformation!  You will be invited once the workout is purchased (whether or not you join is up to you).

Looking for the gym version?  You can find that here.

Pre-Order has ended for these products. Please visit our Premium Workouts page to view ALL of our workout plans currently available as well as testimonials.

  1. I am interested in the at home program. I have a full set of weights and am used to lifting heavy and doing HIIT workouts on my own. Is the program geared more for beginners or can it be adjusted for any fitness level?

    1. Each workout should take around 1 hour (less if it is a day with no cardio).

    1. Hi Amy! There is not a meal plan but there is a grocery list and sample meal timing. We are not able to provide meal plans since we are not RDs. We hope you will join us! :-)

  5. Oh sorry I forgot to ask if you recommend using protein powder for this program?

    1. We all use protein powder to supplement when we can't eat whole foods for whatever reason. We do have some posts on the blogs regarding the cleanest protein powder. They are under the lifestyle tab!

  6. How long does the at home version take per workout? Also, how many per week? Thanks!

    1. It varies depending on the week but shouldn't take any longer than an hour and fifteen minutes. I would say around 45 minutes on average! Some days have cardio and some don't so that factors in! How many days per week varies as well (from 4-6 days per week). I hope this helps!
