Clean Eat Recipe :: Italian Turkey Burgers

Add these super easy and very versatile turkey burgers to your weekly food prep line up!



Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl by hand
2. Form into 4 equal size patties
3. In a skillet or grill, cook burgers thoroughly (we use a George Foreman grill)

He & She Tip: These are delicious on Ezekiel buns or Ezekiel English muffins.  You can also cut up the turkey patty to top off your salad with some protein!

  1. My boyfriend and I just ate this for the first time. It was really good. We replaced the hamburger buns with lettuce and then had asparagus as our side. We will definitely be adding this to our monthly dinner list.
