Clean Eat Event :: Designing an Effective Workout Webinar

We announced it on Facebook earlier this week, but in case you missed it, we have BIG news!!


Our first ever He and She Eat Clean Webinar is happening! 




We receive countless emails from our readers asking us about their workout plans and how to create something that will work for them - their body type, their fitness level, their equipment access and their lifestyle. 

The Webinar, entitled, Designing an Effective Workout Plan, led by Tiffany, an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Whitney, an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, will provide you with the tools necessary to create a workout plan that is right for you. The Webinar will feature content about muscle development, strength training, cardio training, when to do each type of training, what muscle groups to train and when, when to switch up your routine and more!

We hope that you will join us! Held August 28, at 8:30pm EST, the Webinar will be approximately 45 minutes of presentation by Tiffany and Whitney, with an additional 15 minutes of a live Q&A session.

I'm not available that day. What should I do? If you aren't available but would like the information, we STRONGLY encourage you to register and view the Webinar at a time that is convenient for you. If you have a question that you would like answered, feel free to email us prior to the session with your question and we will make sure it is answered during the Webinar.

Will you be doing this Webinar again? Right now, we have some awesome Webinar topics that we can't wait to get the information to you. We have plans to do one a month (maybe 2 if we have something special to share that just can't wait) so while we may do this Webinar again, it would likely be in about 6 months!

  1. This is a very interesting article. I think designing your own workout plan has many advantages. This way you can customize it to your exact needs and body type. This is a great method because you know what you can and can't do. It is very important to use an effective workout plan because you do not want to waste your time. However, you also have to follow a strict diet when working out so you are burning more calories.
