Clean Eat Recipe :: Almond Crusted Mahi Mahi


4 Wild Caught Mahi Mahi fillets (we buy ours from Costco)
1/2 cup Almond Meal
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Place mahi mahi fillets into a pyrex dish & drizzle with melted coconut oil
3. Mix almond meal, thyme, black pepper, & sea salt & sprinkle mixture over mahi mahi fillets
4. Squeeze lemon juice on fillets
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until fish is fully cooked

Makes 4 Servings

Calories - 218
Protein - 25 g
Carbs - 3 g (1 g net carbs)
Fat - 12 g

  1. Almond crusted mahi mahi it looks so delicious, but i want to be asked you one thing why lemon, we can eat it without lemon, and surely i going to try these at my home.

  2. Made this last week and it was delicious. I'm wondering if you think I could make it in my 2 qt. crockpot that I keep in my office? Sometimes I'll make crockpot salmon in the office, but the fillets don't fit very well in the small crockpot; the mahi mahi fillets would fit perfectly.
