Monthly Challenge :: Bikini Body Burpee Challenge

Are you up for a challenge? Try this simple addition to your workout throughout the month of May and be utterly shocked by your accomplishments.


Go ahead, take the "Bikini Body Burpee Challenge!" Remember, this is meant to be a progressive addition to your workout. If you are already incorporating some of these elements into your workout, start where you feel comfortable, but progress throughout the month. Up for a HUGE challenge? Add in some 3 lb or 5 lb weights (or you can purchase a weight set with 2 lb, 3 lb, 5 lb dumbbells) in your hands while you do it - but only if you are advanced already!

  4. What's the process of doing these burpees...Standing, touch the floor, jump your feet back into a plank, jump back up into a crouch and jump into a standing postion and repeat? Then when you add pushup you do those when you jump back into a plank? How long are you supposed to hold the plank? Do you have a link showing these...sorry I'm making this too complicated I think...?

      We will be posting one soon! I created this challenge but I am 37.5 weeks pregnant and didn't think it would be appropriate if I did the tutorial. Whitney will be gracing us with a tutorial soon!

  8. when you add the pushup, is it done after each burpee or after each set?

    1. The pushup is done when you pop down to the ground before you get back up during each burpee.
