Clean Eat Recipe :: Super Sweet Potato Fries


3 Sweet Potatoes
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
Cinnamon, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Slice sweet potatoes into "fries" (we use a vegetable chopper)
3. Place sliced sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet (in one layer)
4. Melt coconut oil in microwave
5. Drizzle sweet potatoes with coconut oil and cinnamon
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
7. Flip sweet potatoes and bake for another 15-20 minutes

  1. This may be a silly question, but what would the serving size be for this?

    1. Not a silly question! I usually eat 4 oz and Scott usually eats 6 oz. Just depends on your goals. :-)

  4. Potato is a great source of carbohydrate. So it's really helpful for our health. Kids are mostly like to eat sweet potato. Because it's a favorite item for them. That's why your above recipe of sweet potato fries is really helpful me for making some exceptional food for my kids. I am really try this at home as soon as possible.
