Workout :: Triple Threat Cardio - Elliptical, Stepmill and Treadmill Workout

What's a Wednesday without a little cardio to take you out of that mid-week funk? Feast your eyes on this! Meant to be a major challenge (you may not finish it the first few times around - keep it up though and you will get there), this workout will keep you guessing and since you are chaning machines, hopefully keep your attention. Crank up the music and go for it! As always, please do this to your ability - this is for the advanced athlete.

  1. For weight training, I do it 3 days a week. For cardio exercise I do it everyday.

  2. We have Cybex equipment at our gym. I noticed on another workout I did the resistance was not enough so wondered if it was a difference in equipment. Any suggestions?
