The Modern Pilgrim :: Lemon Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients:
1 bunch of Asparagus (about 1 lb)
1/2 Lemon
Olive Oil
Sea Salt*
Pepper*
Garlic*
Dehydrated Onion

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 405 degrees Farenheit
2. Lay asparagus on cooking sheet covered with aluminum foil (this makes cleanup easy)
3. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil (about 1-2 Tbsp) and squeeze lemon
4. Shake around until asparagus is completely coated
5. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, dehydrated onion, and garlic
6. Bake for about 8 minutes

He & She Tip: Check to make sure asparagus is tender after removing from oven.  If not, bake for another 2-3 minutes or until tender.

  2. Very similar to how I make asparagus, but I put mine on the grill until it has a little brown on it. I will never make aspsragus any other way : )
