The Modern Pilgrim :: Our Favorite Guilt-Free Desserts


Here are a few of our FAVORITE Guilt-Free Dessert Recipes, just in case you've missed them in the past! Make an assortment of these and celebrate the Holiday season without worrying about your waistline.

Variation - Experiment with adding additional cinnamon or even nutmeg to the recipe. Choose different fruit toppings to complement the spices you use. 

Variation - Try adding chopped pecans or walnuts to these Pumpkin Protein Cookies for an extra special treat to the already WONDERFUL originals! 

Variation - Make the cookies a little more Holiday-specific. Replace the raisins with dried cranberries, cherries or even pomegranate pieces.
