  2. Whitney! This is the beginning for my husband and I. I read your blog over the weekend and was inspired!!! 5 egg whites for breakfast and Ezekial toast to get the day started. This is the beginning of a new way of life! Thanks for the motivation. Blessings!

    1. That is a GREAT way to start the day! You've done the first step which is usually the hardest! Make sure your pantry is stocked with clean food so you always have something healthy to eat.
